I Love My DVD Burner ...

My brother-in-law gave me a stack of 100 DVD+R disks for Christmas because he saw my wish list. Everyone forgot to notice that I also asked for DVD burner. The next day, I placed my order to NewEgg.com and FedEx delivered my new burner on Thursday.

Since last month, I've been recording 24 using the PVR function built into my video card. Today, I figured out how to burn 4 episodes, without commercials, onto a single DVD.

I win.

Edit: I missed last week's episode of 24 because cosmicgarden and I celebrated Valentine's Day dinner at The Elephant Walk. Does anyone have a copy of last week's episode?

We ought to have it on our hard drive -- we're waiting until the end of the season to watch it (I prefer to watch 24 in a lump), but I presume it's there. It's XP-formatted (super-long-play), but we should be able to burn you a DVD if we can figure out how to get it to you...
